Chapter 59
Chapter 59: I’m Miss Su’s kept pretty-boy
“No,” Su Qian said, shaking her head. “I don’t have a Boyfriend.”
She still needed to keep building her single persona.
“Then who is this brother?” someone asked.
Lu Yao shook his head and spoke up. “I’m not her Boyfriend.”
He didn’t even know what “Boyfriend” meant.
Since Su Qian said he wasn’t,
then he wasn’t.
After a pause, he added, “I’m Miss Su’s kept pretty-boy.”
The moment he said it, everyone was stunned.
Su Qian: “???”
She stared at Lu Yao with widened eyes, her face full of disbelief.
[No, big brother, I’m fishing here!]
[And you just threw a brick into the lake. Are you trying to scare my fish away?]
“A… kept pretty-boy?” someone stammered.
That line was beyond everyone’s expectations.
Lu Jia Jia was especially stunned, gaping.
Su Qian was almost speechless. She signaled Lu Yao with her eyes not to talk nonsense.
Lu Yao looked at Su Qian innocently.
What Su Qian didn’t know was that Chen Zi Hao became even more excited after hearing this.
If Lu Yao were Su Qian’s Boyfriend, Chen Zi Hao might not have any advantage at all.
But if he was a kept pretty-boy she supported, didn’t that mean Su Qian could support Lu Yao now, and she could support Chen Zi Hao later too?
When it came to being a kept pretty-boy and living off women, no one understood it better than he did.
Chen Zi Hao felt like his springtime was coming.
While they were talking, Wang Dong’s eyes stayed fixed on Su Qian.
[Strange. It’s almost been two hours. Su Qian drank the “obedience water.” Why hasn’t the effect started?]
Suddenly, Wang Dong felt heat spread through his body, and his head started spinning.
A vague, intense unease surged inside him.
“Brother Dong, what’s wrong?” the skinny, tall male classmate beside him asked, noticing something off.
Wang Dong’s eyes slowly grew unfocused. His breathing quickened, and his blood seemed to boil with excitement.
A fierce, overwhelming desire surged up inside him.
His face flushed red. His mind held only one thought.
Women!
He wanted women!
He wanted to vent hard.
The skinny, tall classmate was badly scared by Wang Dong’s state.
[Why does this feel so familiar?]
[Isn’t this exactly what happens after drinking “obedience water”?]
The skinny, tall classmate was horrified. [But Su Qian drank it. Why is it taking effect on Brother Dong?]
Wang Dong was already barely conscious. He charged straight at the nearest Tang Shi.
“Ah! Wang Dong, what are you doing?” Tang Shi screamed, terrified, stumbling backward.
Su Qian reacted first.
Before Wang Dong could touch Tang Shi, Su Qian rushed up and kicked him hard, knocking him to the ground.
She shielded Tang Shi behind her.
“Don’t be afraid,” Su Qian said softly.
Tang Shi was still shaken.
When she came back to herself, she shouted in fury, “Bastard! Are you out of your mind and horny as hell?!”
“Don’t,” Su Qian said, holding her back.
If Su Qian hadn’t stopped her, Tang Shi would’ve run up and kicked Wang Dong a few more times.
The sudden chaos snapped the classmates awake, and they all backed away from Wang Dong.
“I… I want…” Wang Dong groaned as he slammed to the ground.
He was burning hot. He tore at his clothes, then scrambled up and lunged toward the women around him.
At that moment, Wang Dong was like a beast with nothing left in his eyes but lust.
A sexy-dressed girl was dancing to the music, completely unaware danger was approaching.
Wang Dong charged at her like a starving tiger.
The girl screamed.
People around her rushed to pull him away.
Seeing this, Su Qian shouted, “Everyone, stop him! Don’t let him hurt anyone!”
The classmates all rushed forward, trying to restrain Wang Dong together.
But Wang Dong was insanely strong right now. They struggled hard before they could barely hold him down.
The scene was a mess.
Lu Yao stood to the side, frowning slightly.
He glanced at Su Qian and saw she was completely unharmed, then let out a small breath of relief.
As for whether anyone else lived or died, it had nothing to do with him.
At this moment, the bar staff rushed over and helped restrain Wang Dong with the classmates.
But Wang Dong still struggled wildly.
His mouth kept spilling out slurred, incoherent sounds.
“What is going on? Why is Wang Dong like this?”
“Who knows? It’s like he’s possessed.”
“His hormones went to his head, right?”
The skinny, tall classmate was terrified out of his mind. His heart pounded like a drum, and fine sweat covered his forehead.
[It’s over. I’m done for!]
[That drug was something I sold to Wang Dong. If they trace it back, I’m finished.]
“So that’s what he was doing.” Su Qian watched Wang Dong’s crazed, lust-driven state, understanding flashing in her eyes.
She finally understood why Wang Dong had insisted on toasting her earlier.
If Tang Shi hadn’t interfered and made Su Qian stay alert, then the one who drank that glass would’ve been Su Qian.
The hotel manager had been in a private room entertaining an honored guest.
When a subordinate reported that someone was causing trouble in the bar, the manager immediately flew into a rage.
“Damn it, who’s got the nerve to cause trouble on my turf?!” the manager cursed.
Then he said to the young man beside him, “Eldest Young Master, I’ll go deal with this. Please wait here for a moment.”
The young man thought for a moment and stood up. “I’ll go take a look too.”
The manager froze briefly, then nodded. “Yes, Eldest Young Master.”
The two of them headed for the first floor.
When the manager saw the chaos and Wang Dong struggling like a madman, his face turned ugly.
“What is going on here?” the manager shouted.
The deafening music stopped, and the lights came on.
Several staff members quickly explained what had happened.
“Call the police! Now!” the manager roared after hearing it. “Comfort the customers who were frightened, and handle this immediately.”
“Yes!” the staff moved at once.
“Why did the music suddenly stop?”
“Did something happen?”
“Who turned on the lights? Damn, you kid—were you the one stepping on my shoes just now?”
“Ah, big brother, sorry, sorry. I got too hyped and didn’t notice.”
People who had been absorbed in dancing complained loudly.
No one expected this accident would even alarm the bar manager.
The classmates quickly moved aside, trying to distance themselves.
“Qian Qian?” the young man noticed Su Qian in the crowd and froze.
Hearing someone call her, Su Qian looked up in confusion. When she saw the young man, her face also filled with surprise.
“Brother?” Su Qian blurted out.
The young man was Su Yi Chen. He walked over, worry on his face. “Why are you here?”
“Class reunion. We came out and had a bit to drink,” Su Qian said, shrugging.
Their interaction left Lu Jia Jia and the other classmates staring blankly.
Wasn’t Su Qian adopted?
Where did she get a brother from?
“This guy looks kind of familiar,” Zhang Yu muttered, frowning as she tried hard to remember.
Suddenly her eyes widened. “Isn’t that… Su Group’s Eldest Young Master, Su Yi Chen?”
Zhang Yu’s voice wasn’t loud, but it hit the crowd like a bomb.
The classmates all looked shocked.
