Fu Qing Han, Jiang Shi Yue, and the unconscious Han Cheng.

“So this is the person who tried to assassinate you. He feels like an ordinary person.” Jiang Shi Yue touched her chin thoughtfully. She circled Han Cheng once. The man on the bed looked around thirty, with plain features and nothing unusual, and there was no mental power on him at all.

He was a completely ordinary person.

“On the surface, yes. He had polio, and his hands are basically disabled.” Fu Qing Han spoke calmly.

Jiang Shi Yue nodded thoughtfully. This was someone with almost no ability to move.

She looked at Fu Qing Han again and asked, “Do you think he looks disabled, but he’s actually an ability user? That day, he used frost power. You saw it too.”

Back when she studied, she had indeed heard her mentor talk about ability users like that. Some ability users with powerful mental power awakened this kind of ability as a secondary ability.

But this ability was too sensitive. Ability users had to register at the Ability Management Center and use it under state monitoring.

“Miss Jiang, you mean there’s another ability user like you behind him?” Fu Qing Han frowned slightly.

Jiang Shi Yue said, “Maybe he’s just an innocent passerby. Have you ever thought about who wants to hurt you? Who is so determined that they want you dead?”
