Chapter 22: Came Uninvited and Left Without a Word

Fu Qing Han smiled without smiling. “Oh? Then it seems I’m quite good at reading the situation.”

“Of course.” Jiang Shi Yue nodded in agreement. Then she remembered she still didn’t know who he was, and that wouldn’t do, so she hurriedly asked, “Right – what’s your name?”

“Fu Qing Han.” He said his name lightly.

Fu Qing Han? It sounded a little familiar, and Jiang Shi Yue finally reacted.

He simply continued making coffee.

By then, the coffee was done. Fu Qing Han unhurriedly poured it into a cup. As the coffee flowed, a faint fragrance quietly spread – a rich, sweet citrus scent, mixed with a vague hint of jasmine.

He didn’t drink it. He simply set the porcelain cup down on the tabletop.

The pale steam drifting up from the cup seemed to blur the refined lines of his brows and eyes.

Jiang Zi Chen shut himself in his room all day today. Yesterday, Jiang Mei Ling had nagged him endlessly for no reason at all, telling him to stay away from that idiot Jiang Shi Yue.

Jiang Zi Chen almost burst out laughing. If you thought Jiang Shi Yue was an idiot, then you might be the real idiot.

Of course, he didn’t dare say that. It was a little too rebellious.

After all, she was his biological sister.
