Chapter 30: Testing Character

“Shut up!”

Wei Yun Qing’s face instantly twisted into something hideous, with none of her earlier fairy-like grace left.

Sheng Yu Hong, standing to the side, frowned as well. “Qing’er, don’t bother with what she said. I’ll activate the formation right now!”

After speaking, he started forming hand seals and activated the formation laid beneath Wei Yun Xi’s feet. At the same time, Wei Yun Qing stopped pretending, formed hand seals, and activated the formation under her own feet.

Song Ke looked at the little disciple who had been kicked out of the Heart-Seeing Mirror first and said with a smile, “Congratulations. You’re the first to pass the second round of the test. Go rest over there.”

“Yes, Senior!” Wei Yun Xi clasped her hands and bowed. Only then did she rub her butt and go sit off to the side to meditate.
