Patty became amazed by Dawn’s words: “Looking for a tenant? Weird, I happen to be waiting for a ‘landlord’ to come pick me up, can it be….”
“You don’t need to wait anymore. I should be your ‘landlord.'”
Dawn didn’t know whether to laugh or to cry right now. After running around for half a day, it turns out the one they’ve been looking for was right here in this morgue, and they even got into a fight at that!

Without question, the guy’s very happy right now. If everything goes as planned, Dawn will have a brand new tenant by the end of tonight.
“So let’s go?” Patty stood up and asked. Apparently she’s the type to do things as soon as it comes up.

Shadow reacted the quickest and pushed Dawn and Patty away with her arms. However, the rope seems to have a mind of its by making a U-turn midair. In the end, the cat lady managed to save the other two, only to have herself bound up like a caterpillar.
“It’s you!” Patty exclaimed after recognizing one of the three intruders.
These three intruders had rune talismans hanging from their waists as well as a pair of swords on their back, and judging by the flickering cold gleam from the tip of the blade, these things were no toys, but dangerous weapons that could kill.
“Monster hunters?” Dawn turned to Shadow and asked while also helping the tied-up cat lady. He’s getting a bad feeling from all this.
“No, they’re not monster hunters!” Unexpectedly, Patty immediately denied the idea and growled at the bearded man, “They only know a few tricks used by the monster hunters. That bastard and his two lackeys are the ones who cast the undead magic here. They also know some weird and annoying spells so be careful.”
